Instructions for Completing the Online Application for Membership and Certification
These instructions apply to the following membership types:
CACM Candidate
Associate Membership
Student Membership
We strongly encourage all applicants to type complete and accurate information to ensure we can review and process your application accurately. Incomplete or inaccurate applications will result in processing delays, including postponement of submission to the Certification and Membership Committee.
Important: An application will not be submitted to the Certification and Membership Committee until full payment is received.
Application Process
Once submitted, you will have limited ability to make changes until your application is processed.
You will receive an email confirming your application submission.
Upon receiving both (1) your complete and accurate application and (2) full payment, your application will be forwarded to the Certification and Membership Committee.

Within 30 days, the Certification and Membership Department will contact you regarding the status of your application.
Approval and Benefits
The application process consists of the following steps:
Complete and submit your application.
Receive a confirmation email.
Await application review.
Review and notification.
Once your application is approved:
Your membership status will become active.
You will begin to enjoy membership benefits.
Your certificate will be issued within 45 days from the Committee’s decision date.
Your Member Identification Number will appear on the certificate.
We will upload your certificate to your profile.
You will be able to download your digital membership card.
Payment Information
If the payment was made using a credit card not issued in your name (e.g., parent, friend), please Email Us and provide the following:

Credit card payments on behalf of others:
Full name of the cardholder
Country of residence
Amount paid
Confirmation number issued by PayPal
Your relationship to the cardholder

Checks are not accepted.
CACM Candidate
Once a CACM candidate becomes a CACM, he shall maintain a good standing at The American Anti-Corruption Institute (AACI) and abide by the Certified Anti-Corruption Manager (CACM) Membership Renewal, Lapse, and Reinstatement Policy. You may read it by following this web link: [Click here].
Associate Membership
Membership in good standing is required to present yourself as an associate member.
Failure to renew your membership will result in the termination of your membership and reclassification as inactive (lapsed).
Associate membership that remains inactive for one year will be permanently rescinded and cannot be reinstated.
A former associate member whose membership has been permanently rescinded must submit a new application to rejoin The AACI.
Membership in good standing is required to present yourself as a student member.

Student membership that remains inactive for one year will be permanently rescinded and cannot be reinstated.
A former student member whose membership has been permanently rescinded must submit a new application to rejoin The AACI.
